  This is a group photograph of all the Buckmore Park 2007 champions.
I am in the centre of the pic!!! The awards were presented at The
Ramada Hotel in Maidstone, Kent. We all received our cups from David
Brabham who is the grandson of Jack Brabham the Formula One driver.This
is my first award ceromony of this nature. I am really proud to receive
my first ever silver cup. It was a fabulous event and I really enjoyed
myself. It was probably the best night of my life and I am looking
forward to many, many more award ceremonies!!! |

The Playscape Cadet Champion!!!

  I became the Playscape cadet Champion in
November 2006. However, I didn't receive my cup till February 2007!!!
Nevertheless, I feel elated to become a champion in my first full
season. I have learned a lot from the some of the Playscape staff and
made some terrific friends there.(YOU know who you all are!!)
The
2006 season at Playscape was very close-which made it exciting. It was
between myself and a boy called George Skitini-who was the runner up.
We both went into the final round on the same amount of points, after
the dropped rounds (Best eight round only). It was really up to me to
put my best foot forward and that's exactly what I did. So, overall , I
won the championship by a whole 9 points!! I would still like to take
the time congratulate George though, because he gave me a good
challenge and took it to the wire!!!! |
